Snow closure Friday March 2

Due to adverse weather conditions and having taken advice regarding possible impact on health, safety and travel, we are not able to open to students tomorrow March 2. We expect to reopen on Monday March 5. Please check our website and Facebook page for any further news.


Snow closure Monday December 11

Thomas Estley is closed Monday December 11 to students due to no school bus operation being available to transport students as a result of predicted road conditions. We will reopen on Tuesday December 12. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Staff should report to work as normal if they are able to travel to the college.

Thomas Estley was delighted to welcome Nicky Morgan, the Education Secretary, today for a Q & A session with a selection of teachers from our Teaching School Alliance. A wide range of topics was covered ranging from EBacc curriculum plans to the work of the teaching school.


Food for our community

Harvest collection for our community food banks! Last month we were proud of our students and staff as they donated food for two local food banks, Lutterworth and Narborough.
